- Personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and help moving safely around the home.
- Companionship: conversation, activities, appointments and outings, and simply someone there.
- Home making: meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, shopping and errands.
- Medication reminders: a prompt at the right time, every time, so doses aren't missed or doubled.
Specialised & around-the-clock
For the harder stretches: a diagnosis that changes things, a family carer who needs a break, or nights that aren't safe alone.
- Specialised support: dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and stroke recovery, by PSWs trained in each.
- Respite care:
short-term cover so a family caregiver can rest, work, or go away. - Overnight &
live-in care: from a few hours a week to genuineround-the-clock support. - Escort to appointments: getting there, being there, and getting home again.

Up to 10 hours a week
About three visits a week: help with bathing and dressing, meals, errands and company.
Silver
Up to 20 hours a week
Help most days, about four hours every weekday.
Gold
Up to 40 hours a week

Book fewer hours than your package and the rest are there when you need them. If something comes up, your caregiver can stay longer when their schedule allows, or come back for an extra visit, at no extra charge, up to your package hours.

What we don't do
We'd rather tell you now than at your front door. In a market where every website promises everything, the agency that names its limits is the one worth trusting.
- We don't provide nursing care. No injections, wound care or medication administration. Those need a registered nurse. We'll tell you plainly and help you find one.
- No occupational, physio or speech therapy. These are regulated professions with their own colleges, so we'll refer you to a registered practitioner.
- No chemotherapy or specialist oncology nursing at home.
- We don't diagnose or prescribe, or change medication a doctor has prescribed.
- If we can't safely help, we'll say so, and help you find someone who can.
